These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Ziva One that governs your access to and use of Ziva's products, software, and services, as described on https://zivaone.com/launch/ ("Website") and any related mobile or software applications, including the Ziva mobile application ("App"). Collectively, the Website, App, and related online tools are referred to as the "Platform."
In this agreement, "You" and "Your(s)" refer to any individual, firm, company, or legal entity that accesses or uses the Platform. Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information, along with any additional policies and terms provided by us.
Please read these terms thoroughly. By accessing or using the application, you agree to abide by and be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Ziva application.
This application may provide information related to exercise and fitness for your personal use and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any exercise, fitness, diet, or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or have existing health conditions, you should consult with a physician. The content on the platform should not be viewed as medical advice or diagnosis.
You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, adverse weather conditions such as high heat and humidity, and other similar risks, which you acknowledge and accept.

If the product or package you receive is damaged, missing parts, does not match the description on our platform, or is defective, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery to report the issue. To facilitate a successful return, please keep the products in their unused, original condition and include the following items:

For products under warranty, we will inspect the item first. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product within 90 days of verification and notify you accordingly.
Once the cancellation is successfully processed, we will issue the refund within 5 to 7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
For returns, we process refunds within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the product. The timing may vary depending on the payment method used, such as Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, or Cash on Delivery.
The Ziva Smart Ring includes a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the hardware.
